Chon Huang – New York City Police Department (NYPD)

NYPD Officer arrested in May 2019 in Brooklyn for allegedly punching an e-bike rider who nearly hit his daughter. Although the criminal case was sealed, internal discipline found Huang guilty of assault. His punishment was a period of dismissal probation and 30 days deducted as suspension without pay. Huang remains on the job and has returned to full duty at the 94th Precinct in Brooklyn.
