Chris Shermer – Missoula Police Department

In March 2013, Detective Chris Shermer filed a lawsuit alleging that Lieutenant Sandy Kosena sexually harassed him by grabbing his buttocks and whispering an inappropriate comment. The court denied damages, stating Shermer couldn’t prove Kosena intended harmful contact. Shermer planned to appeal the ruling.
