This video is absolute proof that law enforcement will dig deep to try and arrest people that have done nothing wrong. Especially when they are trying to cover up something they know was wrong, and shows why you should never answer questions from law enforcement no matter how mundane. They plan out the questions to try and get him for something, and even plan for a possible retaliatory stop. They even discuss trying to get him for resisting. Don’t think that being helpful with officers will stop the from scheming to arrest you., The hesitancy and his manner seemed to have more to do with the confusion of him being mistaken for late 20’s individual while her is over 50, coupled with a couple of officers already seeming to know who he was , and wasnt the suspect.
