In August 2022, Corporal Jung was involved in the arrest of Michael Bustamante for concealing identity, a charge that was later dismissed. Bustamante filed a tort claim alleging false arrest, excessive force, and violation of constitutional rights. The case was filed in August 2023 and is pending.
