Corporal Kip Jobe – Monroeville Police Department

In 2007, Corporal Kip Jobe was involved in an incident where he used a taser multiple times on an armed, non-compliant suspect, Mr. Wargo. The court found that Jobe’s actions did not constitute excessive force, as Wargo was belligerent and refused to comply with commands. The case was Wargo v. Municipality of Monroeville, 646 F. Supp. 2d 777.
