Charges & Allegations

In December 2021, former reserve officer Craig Baird Arnold was arrested and charged with first-degree rape. The charges stemmed from a January 2021 incident where Arnold and another former officer were accused of sexually assaulting a woman who was under the influence of alcohol and unable to consent.
