Daniel Horne – Kingsport Police Department

In May 2024, Sergeant Daniel Horne resigned after an internal investigation revealed he had taken an inappropriate photo while in uniform at work and sent it to a contact via social media. The photo was subsequently shared without his consent. Horne had served in the police force for 20 years.
