David Wayne Loman – Canadian County Sheriff’s Office

Former deputy accused of sexually assaulting two female inmates during transport in September 2021 and April 2022. Resigned amid allegations and was arrested in May 2022. Charged in November 2022 with sexual battery, forcible sodomy, rape by instrumentation, and pattern of criminal offenses across six counties. A civil lawsuit filed in May 2024 lists Loman, Sheriff Chris West, and the Board of Canadian County Commissioners as defendants, alleging a pattern of sexual misconduct within the sheriff’s office.
