Deputy B.W. Pauley – Putnam County Sheriff’s Department

In November 2021, Deputy Pauley allegedly detained Angela Hall for approximately two hours, during which her children were withheld until she provided a statement implicating her husband. This incident led to a federal lawsuit alleging unreasonable seizure and violation of Fourth Amendment rights. The case is ongoing as of 2024.
