Deputy Brooks Barlow – Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office

In May 2018, Deputy Barlow conducted an illegal search and arrest of Amanda Land on charges of trafficking and manufacturing marijuana. The charges were later dismissed, and Land filed a lawsuit in June 2021 against Barlow, alleging violations of her constitutional rights due to the unlawful search and arrest.
