This is one of the reasons I created this website. Overall I think Deputy Heller initiated a reasonable and respectful encounter. It shows that as of the date of this interaction he understands his limitations as a law enforcement agent well. If in the future he violates the rights of a citizen pertaining to what was discussed in this video, it makes it harder for him to argue the common defense he did know or misunderstood the law.Â
