Deputy Jarrod Fenner – Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office

In 2022, Deputy Fenner, a 21-year veteran, resigned following an internal investigation that found he filed false patrol activity reports for several Sheboygan County villages. The investigation revealed that his reports contained factually inaccurate and untrue documentation, affecting six municipalities and totaling 43 hours of false reporting. The Sheboygan County District Attorney issued a ‘Brady letter,’ indicating that Fenner’s untruthfulness needed to be disclosed in any case where he was involved, potentially impacting his credibility in court. Fenner resigned effective July 1, 2022, in lieu of termination.
