Deputy Joshua Kelley – San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department

Deputy Kelley participated in the June 2023 arrest of Danny Sigman, a 65-year-old man, at his residence. Sigman claimed that Kelley and other deputies unlawfully entered his home without a warrant and used excessive force during the arrest. The county settled the lawsuit for $850,000.
