Deputy M.D. Hart was involved in the 2007 arrest and transportation of Christensen, who was wrongfully charged with firearm possession and possession of sexually exploitative material. The charges were dismissed due to lack of probable cause. Christensen filed a lawsuit alleging unlawful arrest and malicious prosecution, implicating Hart in the wrongful arrest and subsequent legal actions.
