Deputy Neil Rosaci – Marion County Sheriff’s Office

In July 2021, Deputy Neil Rosaci arrested George Nathansen for obstruction of justice while Nathansen was filming deputies from a public sidewalk. Body camera footage showed Nathansen standing at least 30 feet away before Rosaci approached and handcuffed him. The charges were later dropped, and Nathansen filed a federal civil rights lawsuit alleging false arrest and incarceration.
