Deputy Russell E. Lindemann – Orleans County Sheriff’s Office

In February 2011, Deputy Lindemann was charged with neglect of duty and unlawful trespass for allegedly entering his ex-lover’s home without permission and subsequently pulling her over without lawful reason. He pleaded not guilty and resigned before charges were brought. If convicted, he faced up to three years in prison.
