In 2013, Deputy Ryan Fenton was accused alongside Sergeant Reed of making inappropriate remarks and refusing to take statements during an arrest involving Mr. Biagas. Both officers allegedly followed Biagas into his home without permission. Fenton denied the allegations. The court found no evidence of excessive force but noted the unprofessional conduct. No disciplinary action was documented.
