Deputy Sheriff Roundy conducted videotaped interviews of students without informing them or their parents, violating department policy. Parents complained about his unprofessional conduct, including leading a minor into a videotaped interrogation without sufficient explanation and falsely accusing another student. Despite these complaints, Sheriff Carr did not discipline Roundy for his behavior.
