Deputy Steve Molen – Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office

In October 2009, Deputy Molen arrested Danny Whitaker, who later filed a federal lawsuit alleging excessive force and assault during the arrest. Additionally, in 2006, Molen was involved in a vehicle pursuit where dashboard camera footage reportedly showed him striking a suspect after the individual was subdued. These incidents have raised concerns about Molen’s use of force during arrests.
