Deputy Tessy D. Workman – Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office

In 2019, Deputy Tessy D. Workman was involved in an incident where an inmate, during transport, fell and sustained injuries after Workman applied the brakes suddenly to avoid a collision. The inmate reported neck and knee injuries and required assistance upon arrival at the Clatsop County Jail. The incident led to a lawsuit alleging inadequate medical care and supervision.
