Deputy Ussery – St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office

On August 30, 2021, Deputy Ussery was involved in a physical altercation with inmate Lemoine, who was resisting orders. Ussery and other deputies subdued Lemoine, leading to Lemoine striking his head on the floor and bleeding. Lemoine filed a lawsuit alleging excessive use of force by the deputies involved.
