Derrick Storzieri – Poughkeepsie Police Department

In 1990, Officer Derrick Storzieri was involved in an arrest where the suspect sustained serious injuries. Storzieri was charged with misdemeanor assault and faced departmental disciplinary charges. He was acquitted of the criminal charges in 1992, and the disciplinary charges were dismissed in 2000 after a prolonged legal process.
