Detective Dave Swick – Phoenix Police Department

Detective Dave Swick was terminated in October 2019 following an internal investigation into inappropriate social media posts. His posts specifically targeted Muslims and Black individuals, including a meme suggesting violence against protesters in Ferguson, Missouri. The department determined that such behavior was unacceptable and did not align with the standards expected of its officers.
