Don Miller – Norfolk Police Department

As Chief of Police, Don Miller was placed on administrative leave in August 2024 amid an investigation into the department’s work environment, including allegations of harassment and discrimination. In December 2024, he reached a settlement with the City of Norfolk, agreeing to retire by the end of the year with a payout of $408,000. The settlement stated that no allegations were sustained against him.
