In the same lawsuit filed by Joshua Robinson on January 16, 2024, Officer Pressley was accused of violating the plaintiff’s rights, as captured on the plaintiff’s personal recording device. The lawsuit alleges that Officer Pressley’s actions contributed to the plaintiff’s false imprisonment and other damages. The case was reviewed by the United States District Court, D. South Carolina, Greenville Division.
