Fidel Espinoza – Dunwoody Police Department

Former Lieutenant Fidel Espinoza was found to have engaged in sexual harassment by soliciting nude photos from at least three male officers between 2017 and 2020. He also sent explicit images of himself and took a photo of an officer using a urinal without consent. Espinoza resigned in May 2020 before the internal investigation concluded.
