Former Deputy Kevin Woodrum – Boone County Sheriff’s Office

In December 2016, former Deputy Woodrum was arrested and charged with malicious wounding, sexual assault, and domestic battery. He allegedly held his wife hostage, subjected her to physical and sexual assault, attempted to waterboard her, and inflicted burns with a lighter. Woodrum had served as a deputy for two and a half years before leaving the department in 2004.
