In 2009, Officer Fuller conspired with Officer Carlos Tyson Bennett to unlawfully stop motorists on Interstate 65 and steal money from them. Fuller admitted to multiple thefts, including taking $200 from two separate victims and $120 from a third. He also stole a GPS device from a driver he arrested. Fuller pleaded guilty to conspiracy against rights and deprivation of rights under color of law. In August 2012, he was sentenced to 37 months in prison and two years of supervised release.
