Officer Richard Mueller has been employed by four different law enforcement agencies. He was terminated from the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office for assaulting an individual at a bar and fleeing from officers. In 2016, while with the Superior Police Department, Mueller was involved in a controversial use-of-force incident that led to a lawsuit alleging excessive force and unlawful search.
