Former Officer Mitch Fuller, who served as Treasurer of the Peoria Police Officers Association alongside Lebbon, was indicted in October 2022 for theft and fraudulent schemes. He was accused of embezzling $34,000 from the police union. Fuller was terminated in October 2020 for a separate incident of dishonesty and voluntarily relinquished his police certification.
