In 2007, Lieutenant Steven Pascarella discharged his taser on Mr. Wargo, an armed suspect who refused to comply with police commands. The court determined that Pascarella’s use of force was reasonable under the circumstances. The case was Wargo v. Municipality of Monroeville, 646 F. Supp. 2d 777.
