Major accused in 2021 of using a seized computer from a child pornography suspect for department use and accessing a suspect’s personal accounts without authorization. Allegations reported by forensic investigator Chelsea Adkins and Lt. Marty Burns, who were both fired in August 2021 after raising concerns. Both filed wrongful termination lawsuits in April 2022, claiming retaliation for whistleblowing.
