In October 2022, Deputy Arthur Deville was arrested and charged with 200 counts of possession of child pornography. Deville, who worked in Airport Security and had been with the department for approximately 17 years, was terminated immediately following his arrest. Sheriff Tony Mancuso stated that such behavior was disturbing and an embarrassment to the profession, reaffirming the department’s zero-tolerance policy for criminal activity among its deputies.
