On November 6, 2016, Deputy Brandon McIntosh assaulted an arrestee, P.D., using a dangerous weapon, resulting in bodily injury. He subsequently filed a false report stating that P.D. was combative and that minimal force was used. A federal grand jury indicted McIntosh on June 28, 2018, for violating civil rights and obstructing justice.
