    Detention Deputy Caitlyn Tighe resigned following an internal investigation that uncovered an improper relationship with inmate Sean Zambrano. Tighe purchased a ‘burner’ phone and engaged in 226 calls over 34 days, totaling more than 68 hours, many involving phone sex. The investigation determined that Tighe violated policies by associating with a known criminal and exhibiting unbecoming conduct.
