On December 7, 2022, Officer Stoneking was involved in the arrest of Hayden Graham, a man with cerebral palsy. During the incident, Graham was taken to the ground and tased. Graham filed a lawsuit alleging excessive force and misconduct. The outcome of the lawsuit is pending.
