Sergeant Cheryl Molloy was accused by Officer Amy Hall in a 2021 lawsuit of degrading, belittling, bullying, humiliating, and threatening her with bodily assault. Hall’s complaints led to investigations, and despite the allegations, Molloy was promoted in 2022.
