Arrested on May 1, 2023, by Kaplan Police Department. Charged with Domestic Abuse Battery Child Endangerment, False Imprisonment (Misdemeanor), and three counts of Resisting an Officer (Misdemeanor). Released on bond. Charges were later declined due to lack of cooperation or testimony from the alleged victim. Reassigned to administrative duties at the parish jail pending judicial proceedings.
