Former Deputy Dalton Dolly was implicated alongside Tyler Biggs in a poaching investigation involving at least 27 illegally taken antlered bucks across multiple counties in West Virginia. The offenses occurred between mid-September and late December 2021. Following the execution of a search warrant by Natural Resources Police, statements implicated Dolly in the illegal activities. He was immediately placed on administrative leave and subsequently resigned before the internal investigation could be completed.
