In January 2012, Officer Damian Rehorn assisted in the arrest of Tina Diane Windham. Windham alleged that Rehorn conducted an aggressive pat-down search and used excessive force during the arrest. The court found that the officers conducted themselves in a polite, professional, and courteous manner at all times, even as Windham verbally and physically assaulted them.
