    In February 2019, Officer Daniel Haskell stayed in the hospital room during an inmate’s childbirth, infringing upon her privacy rights. The incident led to a lawsuit that concluded with a $350,000 settlement in January 2025. Haskell, along with Officer Sam Dickey, was implicated in the violation of the inmate’s constitutional rights.
