Warden David Gallagher was fired in December 2023 following the alleged assault of a 65-year-old handcuffed detainee by Officer Tyler Thomas Daniels in October 2023. Gallagher is also named in a civil lawsuit related to the July 2023 death of detainee Kaitlyn Evans, 31, who died from a fentanyl overdose while in custody.
