Between March 2019 and September 2021, Lieutenant Dennis Hamilton drove a city vehicle without authorization, accumulating over 60,000 miles. He was not authorized to have a take-home vehicle, and his excessive personal use violated department policy. As a result, he received an 80-hour unpaid suspension.
