In June 2013, Deputy Faye Zuhairy was involved in the case of inmate Srinivas Nallani’s suicide. Zuhairy evaluated the inmate and prescribed medication but did not place him under constant observation. The court found no evidence of deliberate indifference by Zuhairy, and summary judgment was granted in her favor.
