    On January 17, 2019, Deputy Jensen was involved in an incident where an inmate, Rettew, exhibited severe medical distress, including vomiting, shaking, and hallucinating. Despite these symptoms, Deputy Jensen failed to provide timely medical assistance. Following an investigation, Deputy Jensen was terminated for not acting in accordance with jail policy in response to Rettew’s condition.
