    Deputy Newman was involved in a case where the plaintiff, Mr. Hilliard, alleged discrimination and failure to accommodate his disabilities. Hilliard claimed that Newman, along with other officials, placed him on administrative leave without reasonable accommodations and interfered with his medical evaluations.
