Deputy McCausley has been involved in multiple incidents of misconduct. In December 2020, he was placed on administrative leave after a security audit revealed explicit images of juveniles on his department-issued devices. Despite ongoing investigations, he was reinstated in May 2022. In January 2024, McCausley was again placed on administrative leave, facing allegations including violating Jonathan’s Law by improperly photographing individuals receiving medical care. In February 2024, he was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for allegedly encouraging his ex-wife’s daughter to file a false report with Child Protective Services. These incidents have led to multiple investigations and legal actions against him.

  • Browse the Forums: Check if your local law enforcement has been documented

Important Community Guidelines

It is strictly against our rules to:

  • Make threats of any kind
  • Share private information such as personal emails, home addresses, or phone numbers

Violation of these rules will result in immediate content removal and possible account suspension.

Why This Matters

By organizing this data, we can potentially demonstrate when officers were previously aware of laws they later claim ignorance of, challenging qualified immunity defenses and promoting accountability.
