In 2021, Deputy Woodall was accused of using excessive force during the arrest of Mr. Reynolds. Despite Reynolds being compliant and non-threatening, Woodall allegedly continued to tase him while other deputies pinned him to the ground. The court determined that the allegations were sufficient to proceed with the excessive force claim against Woodall.
