    Trooper Derek Walker participated in the November 2018 incident where a handcuffed teenager was beaten during a traffic stop. Dashcam footage captured officers yanking the teen through the driver’s side window, throwing him to the ground, and repeatedly kicking, stomping, and punching him. Walker was terminated in January 2019 following an internal investigation but was reinstated in September 2020.
