Detective Dalling filed two lawsuits against the Fairfield Police Department. In January 2022, she alleged retaliation after raising concerns about the handling of a domestic violence case involving another officer. In February 2023, she claimed a hostile work environment, citing inappropriate sexual comments by colleagues and inadequate response from supervisors. Dalling retired in August 2022.
